A $20 (NON-REFUNDABLE) Deposit is required at the time of booking. •Deposits must be paid through cashapp ($DDfactory) •This deposit will go towards your service. •If your deposit is not sent within 24 hours after booking your appointment will be canceled. Late policy •After 10 minutes you will be charged an additional $10 •After 15 minutes you will be charged $15 •After 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled and you will have to reschedule your appointment.Please come with your hair washed and blow dried. •If I have to blow dry or wash your hair, it will be an additional $30 •All Services and Sales are final, NO REFUNDS!! Please let me know after your services if there is something you don’t like and I will fix it •There will be no kids or extra guest allowed •If you are booking a last minute appointment (the day before or the day of) there will be a $20 last minute fee
